ANVLA was founded in 2014 by Michael P. Wisner and represents a Native American, Service-Disabled Veteran business based out of Louisiana. Michael Wisner, a former Marine Corps Combat Engineer Officer, served multiple tours in Iraq. Beginning in 2003, Michael served from the onset of Operation Iraqi Freedom, which included the battle of Fallujah (Operation Phantom Fury) in 2004 and the elections through 2005. He commanded 475 Marines and Sailors comprising a Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force as a Theater level asset. Michael's role was vital in maintaining critical bridges throughout the entire Area of Operations in Iraq.
Our Government Projects Manager, Aaron Lott, is a Navy Veteran of the Gulf War and a Seabee. Aaron brings over three decades of project management experience, and he leverages this experience to effectively and efficiently facilitate the most challenging projects ANVLA has responded to at the federal and state level. Aaron's vast project management experience extends to areas in general construction, site preparation and commercial park expansion/development, hauling and installing, maintenance, and deactivation of MHUs and travel trailers.
ANVLAs Government Liaison, Mr. Robert Gilliam, has over 30 years in Disaster Housing and logistics with the US Government, particularly with FEMA. Robert offers a unique insight in the means of accomplishing government missions related to expeditionary housing and emergency management.
